PRE-CONSTRUCTION

Pre-Construction services are the first and most important services we offer to our clients. By providing accurate project information, they are able to make informed decisions about their capital investments. We listen closely to our client’s needs, goals and project parameters. We then offer creative solutions based on our collective experience to enhance the final project, while ensuring its feasibility within budget parameters.

Our Pre-Construction Services include:

  • Preliminary scheduling and phasing

  • Constructability reviews

  • Value Engineering Analysis

GENERAL CONTRACTOR

As a general contractor, we partner with the owner and his design team through traditional design-bid-build process under either a negotiated, stipulated contract sum, Cost plus or Cost plus GMP.

DESIGN-BUILDER

As a design-builder, we become a single source of responsibility to the owner, thereby assuming all the risk to deliver the project. Serving in this role, it allows us to directly contract the design team to manage design, procurement and construction. This approach allows us to influence design and cost at an early stage while facilitating “fast track” construction.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

As construction manager, we leverage our exceptional management practices to provide services to the owner as his agent with the owner holding all the trade contracts.
